¿Qué incluye exactamente el viaje (servicios y niveles de calidad)?

Incluye la planificación y coordinación integral del programa: selección de destino y campos, gestión de tee times, propuesta y reserva de alojamiento según la categoría deseada, traslados (aeropuerto–hotel–campos), y un itinerario con experiencias complementarias (gastronomía, cultura, wellness, etc.). En viajes de grupo con torneo, además, se incorpora la organización deportiva (formato, reglamento, horarios, resultados y premios si aplica). Todo se adapta al nivel de servicio acordado.

¿Organizáis viajes para acompañantes no golfistas y qué tipo de actividades ofrecéis?

Sí. Diseñamos el viaje para que el acompañante disfrute tanto como el golfista. Según el destino, podemos incluir: experiencias gastronómicas, visitas culturales, rutas panorámicas, compras, playa, spa/wellness, actividades outdoor suaves, catas, excursiones privadas o días de relax. La idea es que el viaje funcione como experiencia completa, no solo como “salida a jugar”.

¿Cómo se personaliza el itinerario y qué información necesitáis para prepararlo?

Lo personalizamos a partir de tus preferencias y circunstancias. Para diseñarlo con precisión solemos pedir:

Destino concreto o tipo de destino (costa, montaña, ciudad, resort, etc.)
Con eso planteamos 1–2 propuestas comparables y las ajustamos hasta cerrar la versión final
Fechas y duración del viaje
Número de viajeros y perfil (golfistas/acompañantes)
Niveles de juego y hándicap aproximado
Ritmo deseado (más golf / más destino / equilibrio)
Estilo de alojamiento y presupuesto orientativo

¿Cuál es el proceso de reserva (plazos, pagos, cancelaciones) y con cuánta antelación recomendáis contratarlo?

El proceso habitual es:

Reserva de servicios y emisión de confirmaciones
Brief inicial (fechas, viajeros, estilo y preferencias)
Propuesta con opciones de destino/itinerario y condiciones
Ajustes y confirmación del programa final

En cuanto a plazos, para destinos y fechas demandadas es recomendable reservar con varias semanas o meses de antelación, especialmente si hay resorts de golf muy solicitados o grupos con torneo. Pagos y cancelaciones dependen de proveedores (hoteles, green fees, vuelos) y se detallan siempre antes de confirmar, para que quede claro qué es reembolsable y qué no.
